All Urban Academy policies and forms are included as part of the online registration process. If you completed these online forms while registering your child, you do not need to take further action UNLESS you need the Authorization for Medications form, which includes epi-pens and inhalers.

School Uniform Navy Blue Shirt with School Logo (School logo patches are available for purchase) Fleece with School Logo Tan Khaki Pants, Skirt, Jumper or Shorts (knee length) Navy Blue or White tights (not leggings) All shoes are permitted Gym Uniform White or Grey T-Shirt Blue or Grey Shorts (shorts must be knee length) Blue or Grey Sweatpants Bottoms Tennis shoes Students are expected to be in full uniform each day. Uniform shirts and fleece can be ordered from the school by contacting 412.361.1008 ext. 207. Please ensure your student is in complete uniform every day. The school maintains a washer and dryer on site and if necessary may need to wash your student’s uniform. You will be notified if this ever becomes the case ***Students are permitted to participate in Dress Down Thursdays (for students who have gym class on Friday) or Fridays for $1, unless otherwise expressed by the Dean of Students or an administrator. ***
